These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AuditBridge website (www.auditbridge.com.au ) and its content (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. 

1. About AuditBridge
   AuditBridgePty Ltd ACN 631 842 521 (“AuditBridge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides NDIS audit preparation, compliance consulting, and quality assurance services to NDIS providers in Australia. The Site offers information, resources, booking forms, and contact options for our services. 
2. PermittedUse 
   You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including: 

• Viewing information about NDIS compliance and our services 

• Contacting us for quotes or consultations 

• Downloading free resources (e.g., checklists, guides) for personal/organisational use 

3. Prohibited Activities
   Do not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission 

• Use the Site for commercial purposes without a written agreement 

• Post harmful content, spam, or interfere with Site functionality 

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data 

4. Intellectual Property
   All Site content (text, graphics, templates, logos) is owned byAuditBridge or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. NDIS-related templates may only be used for your internal compliance purposes. 
5. Services and Bookings

• Information on the Site is general and does not constitute formal advice. 

• Bookings or quotes create a separate service agreement under our Service Terms. 

• No guarantee of NDIS registration or audit success—final decisions rest with the NDIS Commission. 

6. Disclaimers
   The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guaranteeaccuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. Use at your own risk. AuditBridge is not liable for decisions based on Site information. 
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extentpermitted by law, AuditBridge excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from Site use. Our total liability is capped at AUD $100. 
8. Privacy
   Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection and handling.
9. Third-Party Links
   Linksto external sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. 
10. Termination
    We may suspend orterminate your access for breach of these Terms without notice. 
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes will be resolved in South Australian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
